Services described

Pages describing engagements, rates, and timelines are informational. A binding scope begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work for app analytics, KPI dashboard, workshop, or reporting work.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and original materials produced by Deploy Nodehub remain our property until transferred under a signed agreement. Client data, event schemas, and confidential product information remain the client’s property. Deliverables such as KPI glossaries and dashboard configurations are licensed or assigned as stated in the applicable statement of work.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing commercial databases, or misrepresent your affiliation with Deploy Nodehub.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deploy Nodehub Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. For commissioned work, liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement, typically capped at fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. Analytics insights support decisions; they do not guarantee commercial outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless a signed service agreement specifies another venue for that engagement.
